Extension estimate at 29 Swincombe rise, West End, Southampton, Hampshire. Foundation Building (South) Ltd Have been asked to give a quotation for a side extension at the above property. The work intels removing the flat and pitched roof over the garage and kitchen replacing the existing Joists, cutting back the existing brick work and carrying on up to the first floor, then re pitching the roof to match. This will give them an extra upstairs bedroom with ensuite. the estimate will be completed by wednesday 17th November and submitted for there approval
