Foundation Building (South) Ltd are currently tendereing for the redevelopment of one of Milbury Care Homes, Properties in Southampton. "Staddlestones" 7 The paddock, Allbrook, Eastleigh,Hampshire. Derek Moore (director/surveyor) has attended the site with Mr Graham Jenkins from the paragon group of companies. Staddlestones built around 1978 is to be completely refurbished upto care home standards, including complete internal refurbishment including all new services and to include external re decoration, new boundary's and fencing. The contract price has been submitted and the decision date is Friday 12th of November
